January 12th – Opening Date of Juried Exhibition

Explore the art of healing and connection through your art; show and sell artwork in the Art of Healing Gallery Juried Exhibition on display in the public spaces area on the First Floor of Florida Hospital Altamonte Springs. This exhibit explores the myriad of ways that Art and Healing can be taken into the world, via creative expression and practice found in the fields of therapy, health care, education and the arts. Each exhibit will be on display for three months making this exhibit the perfect place to gain exposure to potential buyers.

Color Your Life – Support the Arts!

    Florida Hospital Altamonte invites art enthusiasts and local residents alike to partake in this free, 24-hour gallery. The gallery features paintings, photographs and other two-dimensional pieces from artists of all ages, as well as hospital employees. All pieces are on sale in the gallery for anyone interested in taking home a piece of the inspiration with 25 percent of proceeds benefitting the Florida Hospital Foundation.
            "The Art of Healing Gallery has proven to be quite a success at Florida Hospital Altamonte," said Josie Foranoce, laboratory director at Florida Hospital Altamonte and arts council board member.  "It not only gives individuals the opportunity to escape from their worries or stresses with beautiful artwork, but it also gives local artists the opportunity to showcase their work in a place where it will be seen frequently.
