This is a listing of the known upcoming call to artists schedule. This is an attempt to give everyone notice and an equal chance to join art events before the space fills. If you are interested in showing, please send us a message on facebook or at info@OrlandoArtism.com. Include your name and medium you would like to submit.

Batteries Not Included – Toy Art Showcase at the Uptown Wine Bar on March 31
Call To artists will start at 12:30 PM January 6, 2012.
This art show is all about toys and having fun. We all have fond memories of toys so why not show them. Get creative, as all art submissions must involve toys in one manner or another.
The War of Art - at Bullitt Bar on March 15th
Call to artists will start at 7:00 PM January 9th.
A play on the Art of War, show us your weapons, literal or figurative.
Show us your soldiers, and how they came to be. Express your plight through art.
Nautical Themed Art Show - at Belle Isle yacht Pub on April 14th
Call to artists will start at 7:00 PM January 10th.
A placed called the yacht deserves to be decked out as such.
Landscape Showcase at the Uptown Wine Bar on April 28
Call to artists will start at 7:00 PM January 11th.
A showcase of natural scenery typically posed in a wide view with natural elements displayed in coherent compositions.
Cereal Killer Art Show at the Uptown Wine Bar on May 26
Call to artists will start at 7:00 PM January 15th
A fun play on words. Submissions to this show must combine the idea of cereal with killers. Who doesn’t want to see the Ghostbusters fight Boo Berry or Capn’ Crunch as a full fledge pirate?
Fear and Loathing In Orlando – A Tribute to Hunter S. Thompson at the Uptown Wine Bar June 23
Call To Artists will start at 6:00PM February 10th.
This show will commemorate Hunter S. Thompson in every way. All show submissions must be related to Hunter S. Thompson, be it a scene from one of his many stories or art portrayed in the Gonzo style.
Light Up The Night at the Uptown Wine Bar July 28
Call To Artists will start March 10th at 7:00 PM
This art show will focus on lighting spectacles at night, subjects such as fireworks, carnivals at night, any anything else you can think of. If you are unsure if your idea will fit in the show, please feel free to ask.
Paint It Black II – A Monochromatic Art Show August 25
Call To Artists will start April 10th at 7:00PM
This is a second run of the monochromatic art show with different artist. Paint It Black II - A Monochromatic Art Show will showcase paintings and photography set in the black and white monochromatic style.
People and Portraits at the Uptown Wine Bar September 29
Call to Artists will start May 10th at 7:00 PM
This show focuses on portraits and candid images of people.
