Join us for Culture & Cocktails! The next event is on March 9, 2012 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, both inside and outside of the Maitland Art Center’s Germaine Marvel Building.
Guests are sure to enjoy this evening of art, music, poetry, food and fun! This month, enjoy the wor...ks of artist Parker Sketch and music by Cure for Caska. Music is sponsored by Performing Arts of Maitland.
Also enjoy literary readings from Kim Lundblum, Jamie Poissant, Rachel Kapitan, and Catherine Carson of Maitland Poets and Writers, who will be performing at select times.
Additionally, artists from the Art & History Museums – Maitland’s Sketch Club will show off their talents as they sketch outside in the courtyard.
Food will be available from Fork in the Road Food Truck.
Guests can also view the exhbition, EMERGE! Molly Chism, held in the A&H's Maitland Art Center Gallery.
Admission is $5, which includes one drink ticket. Guests who sign up for a membership to the Art & History Museums – Maitland, which will be offered at half price that evening, receive free admission.
